    Description

    Up for auction is this vintage carved and signed wooden bear art sculpture / figurine / statue with incredible exposed grain throughout the entire piece. A textural work of art and looks beautiful from all angles. Perhaps Swedish / Scandinavian as the design is similar to Nils Strandin carvings. Possibly by him or a similar artist.
    Signed on the bottom but I cannot make out the artist or carving studio.
    Measures 9.8” inches long, 5.2” inches tall, and 2.4” inches wide (24.9 cm, 13.2 cm, 6.1 cm).
    Some minor surface wear and perhaps tiny loss on the ears but not very noticeable. As you can see, the piece really looks great!
    Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
