old vintage faux stone marble alabaster carved look bear on stand

Description

vintage old heavy wonderfully detailed composite material bear on base/stand. looks like it is  carved stone like marble or alabaster but it isn't. dimensions including base are about:  5" tall x 8" long. bear is about 4" x 6.5", nice shape some light scratches and nicks from age. no breaks or repairs. unmarked but believe it is from Italy.
