This is a new modern reproduction trap made for decorative purposed only. It is not to be set or used for trapping. Serious injury could result from misuse. It is a reproduction of a style and size of bear trap no longer made for trapping. The springs are so strong I cannot begin to compress just one by standing on it. Made of heavy steel also.
